Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Baehr Window & Solar Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our") to our customers ("you" or "your"). By booking or receiving our services, you agree to the following:

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas scheduled for cleaning. If we are unable to access the property (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions), service may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion.

SAFETY

The safety of our team is our top priority. We do not perform services in unsafe conditions, including but not limited to extreme weather, unstable surfaces, or hazardous environments. If at any time our technicians determine that a job site is unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the appointment as needed.

LIABILITY

We carry liability insurance for the services we provide. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to windows, screens, frames, sills, or other property. This includes but is not limited to loose panes, cracked glass, defective screens, defective seals, or weakened structures. To help prevent misunderstandings, our technician will walk the property with you prior to starting your appointment to identify and document any pre-existing damage or areas of concern.

SCHEDULING

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. While we do our best to accommodate your preferred time, the nature of our work means some jobs may take longer than expected. If your appointment is later in the day, our arrival time may vary slightly before or after the scheduled window. We will keep in touch with you throughout the day to provide updates on our estimated arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment by cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
